One 5.08 carats modified portuguese round scapolite from Tanzania, yellow color, SI1 clarity, cut grade excellent overall quality rating (OQR) of 911 out of 1000, measuring 10.5 mm wide, 10.5 mm long, 8.8 mm deep; with excellent polish and excellent symmetry. The proportions of the scapolite are as follows: total depth 83.8%, table width 50%, and a girdle thickness of medium to slightly thick. Cut by Steve Moriarty in a modified portuguese round. This gem has as fine of yellow color as I have seen in scapolite or any other yellow gem.
