For most sterling silver, 14kt yellow, 14kt white gold and 18kt yellow gold, please allow 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat) for creation before it is shipped. Platinum requires 7-10 days for production. Shipping generally takes 2-5 days with our free insured shipping and 1-2 days for delivery with our overnight shipping depending where you are located and the shipping schedules in your area.

You have 30 days to return your item in the original condition. We will refund the amount paid minus our actual shipping cost and gift wrapping if chosen. We offer a 6 month warranty on all craftsmanship. We will replace missing stones as long as the condition of the mounting does not indicate that the loss was from damage to the gold. If loss is from rough wear we will replace stones at our cost.
