The tourmaline weighs 4.23 carats, measures 8 mm wide by 10 mm long by 6 mm deep, has excellent cut, excellent polish and excellent symmetry, and is 8 prong. In addition, there is one 4 prong set round brilliant cut tanzanite, BLUE VIOLET VIVID color, VS clarity, measuring 5.3 mm wide by 5.3 mm long with a weight of .68 carat. The necklace weighs 5.15 grams. Tourmaline and tanzanite are color enhanced by heating.
