One 51.63 carats antique cushion tanzanite, VS1 clarity, cut grade excellent, measuring 18.3 mm wide, 26.9 mm long, 13.4 mm deep; with excellent polish and excellent symmetry. The proportions of the tanzanite are as follows: total depth 73.2%, table width 47.8%. Cut by Steve Moriarty. Heated to enhance color. Violet Blue Exceptional color (30%violet/70%blue). A tiny identifying natural exists on the girdle which is the unique remnant of a crystal needle inclusion that existed in the rough tanzanite. The overall quality rating of this tanzanite is a perfect 1000 out of 1000.
